Falk Tax Service is family-owned and operated in Huntington Beach, CA. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are affordable and come with a personal touch. Falk Tax Service has been in operation for 20 years, and we now have over 300 clients.
To be a tax preparer in California, a yearly license is required by the State. He receives study materials which include the updated Federal and California tax laws, and then is tested on the material. A one time IRS test was issued several years ago and he has passed that test also.
Our objective is to offer accurate tax returns while keeping costs down for our clients. We operate out of our house with the overhead limited to our highly rated tax software and our utilities.
Rick Falk is a licensed tax preparer with 25 years experience. He is a retired Math & English teacher. While teaching, he coached basketball, baseball, & track. Rick attended USC; graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University; and earned his Masters in Administration at Azuza Pacific University.
Jan Falk is retired from 18 years as a tax administrative assistant with CPA firms in Orange County. She brings this experience to running the day-to-day operations of Falk Tax Service.
